We met in 2015 through a leadership program — that first connection sparked a shared vision and a deep respect for each other’s values, drive, and way of thinking.

Within months, we co-founded Project Everest Ventures, a social enterprise incubator that grew from a bold idea into a global business. Together, we built teams in seven countries, launched leadership programs, and scaled to $1.1 million in revenue in our first year — without external funding.

Our company succumbed to the challenges of covid after 2 years of keeping our team employed. Since then we've remained good mates and finally decided to try again.

I bring a rare combination of discipline, empathy, and execution. With a background as an Army Officer and an engineer by training, I have led global teams, built social ventures from scratch, and developed high-performing systems in both private enterprise and government.
