Why We Exist
You will see, in more detail, under About Us that we previously started and built a company from 2015-2020. We were incredibly successful and about to launch. As our business model heavily relied on overseas engagement, COVID19 wiped us out. We want to have another go at business but launch from a place of success rather than starting again.
There’s a gap in the Australian market: strong mid-sized businesses with $1.5m–$4m EBITDA often remain under the radar, too small for private equity and too large for individual buyers.
We are bridging that gap, offering investors the chance to participate in one focused opportunity where returns are driven not only by numbers, but by people and purpose.
